Our on-line library is a work in progress. The purpose of the library is to allow members to share policy and strategy documents and follow the timetable of reform.
We are also developing specific communities for specialised areas such as bench-marking and management information. Some of these areas will be limited to certain members. For example the fraud forum is limited to fraud officers and their managers.
Networking among benefit professionals is vital but with current pressures on managers and staff it is not always possible. Our aim is that membership will give you that opportunity as well as meeting your technical requirements. Membership services is a work in progress and it will ultimately develop to meet members’ requirements. We have big plans to shake up the world of welfare and we want you to be part of the revolution.
